Average fueling rate — the average rate that fuel is delivered to the vehicle while the main fuel valve is open, measured in g/s. Average fueling rate excludes fuel delivered to the vehicle during integrity check and initial pressure check. Circuit — Extra low voltage (ELV) — a secondary circuit with voltages between any two conductors of the circuit, and between any one such conductor and earth not exceeding 42.4 V peak, or 60 V DC, under normal operating conditions, which is separated from hazardous voltage by basic insulation, and which neither meets all of the requirements for an SELV circuit nor meets all of the requirements for a limited current circuit. Limited current circuit — a circuit that is so designed and protected that, under both normal operating conditions and single fault conditions, the current that can be drawn is not hazardous. Safety extra low voltage (SELV) — a secondary circuit, that is so designed and protected, that under normal operating conditions and single-fault conditions, its voltages do not exceed 42.4 V peak or 60 V dc. Container — a storage vessel that contains gaseous hydrogen within the HPIT vehicle as defined in CSA HPIT 1: Type 1 container — a CSA HPIT 1 metal container. Type 2 container — a CSA HPIT 1 hoop-wrapped container with resin impregnated continuous filament with a metal liner. Type 3 container — a CSA HPIT 1 container that is fully wrapped with resin impregnated continuous filament with a metal liner. Type 4 container — a CSA HPIT 1 container that is fully wrapped with resin impregnated continuous filament with a non-metallic liner.CSA HPIT 2-2017 pdf download.
